We support the communities around us and encourage our employees to do the same. We have a continued focus on employee-led charitable giving and encourage payroll giving, as well as supporting employee fundraising and volunteering efforts through matching.

CASCAID: Aiming sky high for charity
A team of ten brave volunteers from Schroders recently abseiled down Broadgate Tower in the City of London, raising over £65,000 for Cancer Research UK. Abseilers included our Group Chief Executive, Peter Harrison, and Global Head of Equities, Nicky Richards.
Running for Bloodwise
Charlotte Banks, UK PR Manager in our London media relations team, is taking on an impressive 1,000 mile running challenge, which will see her run 12 half marathons in 2017. She explains why she runs and what inspired her to undertake such a huge challenge.
When our Amsterdam office upgraded its computers, the team decided to further support a charity that they had been fundraising for for a number of years by donating to one of its projects - the Kanaka School Project in Ghana.
