Schroders accepts direct investment from individuals, trusts, superannuation funds, companies, partnerships, associations, co-operatives and government bodies.
When selecting funds in which to invest directly please consider the minimum investment amount can vary from fund to fund. Funds classed as Wholesale have a minimum investment amount of $20,000 while Professional Class funds have a minimum investment amount of $500,000 (with the exception of the Schroder Specialist Private Equity Fund which has a minimum investment amount of $20,000). Others are outlined in their PDS or offer document.
To invest in any of the Schroders funds please read the relevant fund product disclosure statement (PDS) and the accompanying additional information book before completing the application form. Please then send your completed application to us, along with the required supporting identification documentation and your initial investment amount. Please note the minimum investment for the relevant fund. These forms can be found on the instruction forms page.

Schroders currently offers ten funds on the mFund Settlement Service across a range of asset classes. The mFund Settlement Service allows you to buy, hold and sell units in Schroders unlisted managed funds through a process similar to buying and selling shares.
To invest in a Schroder Fund via the mFund Settlement Service it is necessary to firstly read the relevant fund Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) and the accompanying Additional Information book and other relevant fund information.
Next you need to contact a participating broker. You can use a full service or online broker. Click here to see the list of available brokers on the mFund website.
The broker will require instructions for a buy or sell order and payment for new units in the chosen Schroder mFund.
Following completion of the transaction an mFund confirmation and CHESS statement will be sent to you.
